AUMÜLLER AUMATIC GmbH's whistleblower system

Our company philosophy is characterised by our vision, our mission statement and our values. We treat each other and our business partners with respect. In our actions, we attach great importance to integrity, conduct in accordance with the rules and compliance with the law. We adhere to good corporate governance practices by complying with legal requirements, committing to respect human rights, promoting greater environmental awareness and fighting all forms of corruption, including extortion and bribery. This includes learning about any internal or external illegal or unethical behaviour so that we can put a stop to it as best we can.

When determining the intended use and development of our products, we focus on their safety, user-friendliness and sustainability as well as the greatest possible customer benefit. In doing so, we observe the generally recognised rules of technology and apply applicable legal acts, regulations and standards. We always strive to identify and minimise hazards or residual risks that could emanate from our products as best as possible and to implement suggestions for improvement.

Your information can help us to do this. We therefore offer you the opportunity to report known or suspected violations and abuses via the standardised electronic whistleblowing system of Trusty anonymously to the safe and secure reporting channel of AUMÜLLER AUMATIC GmbH.

This is to ensure persons who report violations in good faith the greatest possible confidentiality and the best possible protection from actual or threatened retaliation or reprisal as a result of their submitted tips.

Personal responsibility and care

In order for us to be able to follow up on tips as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you describe the facts of a possible misconduct as precisely as possible. In doing so, we rely on your personal diligence and professional judgement. Please note that deliberately untrue allegations could have civil or criminal consequences for the persons concerned and possibly also for you.

Data protection

The Data Protection Regulation obliges us to ensure all the rights of the parties involved, both the whistleblower and the data subject against whom the allegation of an infringement is made. However, in some circumstances, civil or criminal law requires us to provide access to all personal data of the parties processed in connection with the whistleblowing. As a rule, the provision of information on these data is deferred until the investigation of the tip received has been completed. After that, however, the request for information must usually be complied with. Whistleblowers should take this into account when submitting a whistleblower report, especially if they wish to remain anonymous.

For more information on data protection, please see the privacy policy on our website.

Further reporting possibilities

Irrespective of the whistleblowing system, our employees still have the possibility to contact their supervisor with information at any time.
